We are excited to be shaking things up with our adult program to offer new classes and new options when it comes to getting fit in a fun way! From October 1st thru December 10th, we will be holding 10 weeks of great classes for you. We are offering five awesome new classes, including; Pilates Mat, totalbarre, Adult Tap/Jazz, Muscle Conditioning, and Adult Ballet. Whether you like your class to be upbeat, calm, or dance based, we promise we have something for you!
Along with new classes we are offering new ways to sign up for classes. You can buy an unlimited class card for $250 for all 10 weeks. There is also a 10 class card for $150 for all 10 weeks. There is also a drop in rate of $18 a class. We kindly ask that if you are dropping in that you call ahead. When signing up for a class card we ask that you inform us with what classes you are interested in and plan on taking. This program is ongoing and runs in 10 week sessions, make ups must be taken with in appropriate session paid for.
Dress code for class is something comfortable that you can move in, like yoga pants and a fitted tee shirt or tank top. Ballet shoes, tap shoes, and sneakers are required for the appropriate classes. For Pilates Mat you will have bare feet and for totalbarre you can either wear ballet slippers of have bare feet.
