Amended Smoking Regulations to Take Effect in Grafton

The new regulations will take effect on Oct. 1.

GRAFTON, MA—Soon, there will be fewer places you can light up in the town of Grafton.

Grafton's Board of Health on Aug. 8 voted to amend its existing Tobacco Regulation “Prohibiting Smoking in the Workplace and Public Places." Some of the restrictions, with go into effect on Oct. 1, include no smoking in parks, schools, town owned vehicles, municipal and quasi municipal buildings and grounds, hair salons and supermarkets.
