Public Information Meeting For New Bus Transportation On Grafton Community Television

 
 
GRAFTON:  A public information meeting discussing a proposal for new bus transportation service in Grafton
and Northbridge is available for viewing through the resources of Grafton Community Television.

The meeting, held February 27th at the Grafton Municipal Center, was the first in a series of public information meetings hosted by the Town and Town Administrator Tim McInerney to discuss proposed publicly available bus servicelinking Northbridge, Grafton and the MBTA commuter railroad station on Route 30 in Grafton. Officials from the Worcester Regional Transit Authority
and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission presented plans, discussed potential routes and answered questions.  

A 45 minute video of the meeting is available on both the Grafton Community Television's YouTube Channel and on GCTV's "Video on Demand" link, both links on the GCTV web site: www.GraftonTV.org. In addition to these on-line 24/7 resources, the informational meeting will be rebroadcast on the Grafton Community Television's Government Channel - Charter Channel 12 / Verizon Channel 33 -  beginning on Friday, March 1st. For scheduled dates and air times consult the GCTV web site program schedule, or the Channel 12/33 on air bulletin board.

Grafton Community Television provides programming on three distinct public access channels in the Town of Grafton over the Charter Communications and the Verizon cable systems. Monthly schedules for Grafton Community Television Channels can be found at www.GraftonTV.org. and www.facebook.com/graftontv.  Charter Channel 11/Verizon Channel 34 provides general interest programming, Charter Channel 12/Verizon Channel 33 broadcasts town government programming, and Charter Channel 13 /Verizon Channel 32 features school programming and high school sports events. The Grafton Community Television studios and offices are located at 296 Providence Road in South Grafton.
