Grafton Library Survey - Tell Us What You Want!

The Grafton Library Working Group requests your participation in our Grafton Library Survey by Nov. 15: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/1056701/Grafton-Public-Library-Survey

At the request of the Grafton Town Administrator and Board of Selectmen, a group of 14 invited participants representing the Nelson Library Trustees, South Grafton residents and Library Board of Trustees, met and formed the Grafton Library Working Group (GLWG).  The GLWG is dedicated to assisting with future communications and service offerings of the library; it is not involved with any current library construction or renovation upgrades at this time.

We worked together to develop a survey to find out what future library products and services should be provided to the Grafton community which may accessed using the following URL:

Our strong preference is that the survey be completed on-line using the above link, however for those who prefer to complete a paper copy of the survey, it will be available from October, 15th, 2012 through November 15th, 2012 at the following locations along with survey response drop-off boxes to collect the completed surveys:

  • Grafton Office of the Town Clerk, 30 Providence Road
  • The Grafton Public Library, 35 Grafton Common
  • The Nelson Memorial Library, 6 Prentice Street
  • The Grafton Senior Center, 30 Providence Road

The cut-off date for submitting completed library surveys is November 15th, 2012.

The submitted completed on-line and paper surveys will be compiled and the results will be reviewed by the GLWG.  The GLWG will work together to identify any “common ground” items based upon the town wide resident survey results will submit their findings to the Grafton Town Administrator, Board of Selectmen, Board of Library Trustees and Nelson Park and Memorial Library Trustees.  The GLWG and will then continue to work with these groups and the Grafton community to determine next steps.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,

The Grafton Library Working Group (GLWG)
