Not Knowing: And Trusting In That

Let your fear set you free as you begin to heal.

I sit here, wanting to share with you some little bits of knowledge of health and wellness, yet I am stuck. I ask myself, what is enough? Is it a daily yoga practice? Is it learning new moves in a Zumba class? Is it sitting here, watching TV and wondering? Then I realized that I don’t know and that is OK. I don’t know what tomorrow will bring. I don’t know how to help everyone heal. 

What I do know, is that if we all accept the unknown we’ll live in a bit less fear and more light. It is important to own our fear and not let it hold us back. It could be something as simple as a fear of jumping into your first fitness class: not knowing what to do, how to move or who is watching. Do not be intimidated: it is your class, your life to have and to live.

Be thankful. Be fearless. Be Strong. Be Proud.
