Lights! Camera! Dance! Learn new moves, have fun, meet friends and sweat. Learn about Zumba and join one of the coolest - wait, hottest!- fitness trends ruling the country!

Do you love to dance? Do you find yourself singing to every song on the radio? Is the word “workout” scary to you? If so, let me introduce Zumba. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance, fitness routine designed to tone, burn calories and most of all make working out enjoyable and accessible to all levels.

We’ve all done it, tried the latest dance craze - Macarena anyone, perhaps even the Electric Slide or the Hustle - spending hours (ok, maybe it’s just me and my friends) watching YouTube videos, pausing and repeating to get it just right (can you say Gangnam style?). Then we take the moves to the dreaded dance floor! What happens? Horrifying embarrassment? Maybe, but more likely it’s a smile, a laugh and even a drip of sweat.
