Business Mentor: Agri said his first Kenpo karate instructor inspired him. He also looks up to Ed Parker, who he called the father of American karate. Parker taught several celebrities, including Elvis Presley.

Family: Agri is the youngest of six siblings, an uncle of 17, a great-uncle of 10, and a godfather.
Like best about owning/running this business: "I get a chance to inspire adults and kids to reach their goals and to be the best that they can be through the practice of martial arts," he said. "I like being a positive role model ... Watching people grow is a passion for me."
Like least: "The hours can be challenging."

Henry Agri owned studios in Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta before opening this business eight years ago. Henry Agri's Kenpo Karate offers combat fitness, Kenpo karate self-defense, yoga, and mixed martial arts.
