Do You Want Mosquito-Busters to Come to Grafton?
Learn about the Central Mass Mosquito Control Project before voting at Town Meeting.

The town this month will host two presentations from Timothy Deschamps, Executive Director of the Central Mass Mosquito Control Project (CMMCP), and Dr. Sam Telford, Professor Biomedical Sciences / Infectious Disease Research at Tufts and CMMCP Board Member. The sessions will describe what CMMCP is all about, what they have to offer and answer any questions the public may have.
The sessions will be held at at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at the South Grafton Community House, 25 Main St., South Grafton.
The project was created by the state legislature in 1973, and at present, consists of 40 cities and towns in Central Massachusetts, covering nearly 720 square miles. Towns may join by a majority vote at a Special or Annual Town Meeting. The CMMCP provides on its website an informational packet.
