Does Grafton Want Comcast Instead of Charter?
The Board must approve, or not, a transfer of Charter to Comcast for its cable service.

At Tuesday’s Board of Selectmen meeting, a Comcast representative talked about its wishes that the town would approve a transfer from Charter Communications to Comcast, reported the Telegram and Gazette.
The town was notified of the transfer on June 17, at which time the record must remain open for public comment for 120 days. The transfer agreement is here.
Some members of the audience showed frustration, said the Telegram, that the plans were unclear as to how Comcast would use Charter’s infrastructure to operate. Charter’s contract expires Sept. 20, 2020, and Comcast would fulfill its obligations.
