Election Drawing Little Interest

Voting in Grafton during Tuesday's special state election for U.S. Senate started slowly.

As of 9:20 a.m. 325 total votes were cast at the Grafton Middle School, which serves Precincts 1, 2 and 3.

As of 9:30 a.m., 245 total votes were cast at the which serves Precincts 4 and 5.

The Grafton polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Republican Gabriel Gomez will face Democrat Edward Markey.
