At 11am the Apple Tree Arts Community Chorus will combine with the UUSGU Choir for a full program called "Voices of War and Peace." Donna Blanchard will conduct, with pianist J. Tina Ho and violinist Myra MacLeod performing.
Following the 1pm re-dedication of Grafton's Civil War monument, Bob Nicoll will host two youth bands, seven young solo artists and an adult jazz quintet, also in the sanctuary at UUSGU. This program will begin at 2pm, or at the conclusion of the Civil War monument ceremony.
Admission to both concerts is free, as are all of the Grafton History Day events taking place Saturday on the Common.
