Angel Hair Alpacas is a local family farm that is the home to approximately 25 show quality alpacas. On june 1st, we invite the public to our annual shearing day. Our shearer, Jay Mariacher will explain the process of alpaca shearing as he works on the alpacas. This is a family friendsly event, no dogs or pets please. Please note: The terrain may not be suitable for all people with challenges. Refreshments provided.
The event is co-hosted by the Willard House and Clock Museum which is located right around the corner. A spinner will demonstrate fleece spinning into yarns. The lawn will be open free for games and bring your own picnic.
Parking for both locations will be at the Willard House and Clock Museum. Limited handicap parking is available at Angel Hair Alpacas.
