The First Annual Grafton Sand Castle Contest will be held at Silver Lake Beach, located at 245 Upton St.
The event will begin at noon and conclude with an awards ceremony at 6 p.m. The contest is open to the public and all ages are encouraged to participate. Admission to Silver Lake Beach is $5 per person; holders of Silver Lake Beach stickers are admitted free. There is no entry fee for the contest, and prizes will be awarded.
