For children entering Grades 3 through 6, F.A.S.T. Athletics will teach game strategies, catching techniques, and how to work together as a team. Students will participate in situational games such as red zone defense, fourth and inches, and the quarterback challenge as well as learn techniques and develop strategies in dodge ball. In the case of inclement weather, this program will not be held.
