Earlier this week, Patch reported that the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts had decided to bump up its price-per-box on Girl Scout cookies a buck to $5 for the upcoming cookie season.

That doesn’t mean all councils have decided to raise its prices. The other Massachusetts council-the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts-voted to keep its Girl Scout cookie prices at $4 a box for the season, reminds Dana Carnegie, community relations manager.
