Gone but not Forgotten: Victoria Anna Cardin

Victoria Anna Cardin, 86, passed away peacefully March 9, 2012 at Beaumont Northbridge, Roney Funeral Home reports. 

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Albert A. Cardin, her six beloved children, Michael Cardin and his wife Jeannette of Maine, Cynthia Cardin of Whitinsville, William Cardin and his wife Lauren of Rhode Island, Patricia Mathieu and her husband Guy of Florida, Laurie Cardin of South Grafton, Joseph Cardin and his wife Tina of Barre; seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter; two sisters, Statia Cardin, Celia Lucek; one brother, Walter Podsiadlo, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Helen Klocek, Genevieve "Punch" Graham, and two brothers, Francis and Henry Podsiadlo.

She was a lifelong resident of South Grafton.

In lieu of flowers her  family requests memorial donations to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, New York, N.Y. 10018.

The services were held earlier this week at the St. James Catholic Church. Victoria was laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery in South Grafton.
