Grafton Chief: 'Limited Access to South Street on Halloween'

Traffic Advisory issued by the Grafton Police Department:

Due to the expected large volume of pedestrian traffic on Halloween, the Grafton Police Department will once again be limiting motor vehicle access on South Street from 6–10 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Officers will be posted on South at Church St. and South at Bruce St./Old Upton Rd. South St. residents will not be affected by this restriction.

Visitors to the area are advised to be alert for pedestrians and ensure that their vehicles are parked legally and do not hamper the flow of traffic.
