Grafton Community TV Previews Affordable Housing Workshop

Grafton Community Television is previewing March 3 the Affordable Housing Trust Workshop.

GRAFTON, MA — Looking at the role of Grafton’s Affordable Housing Trust is the subject of a Grafton Community Television “info session” currently airing of Grafton Government Television - Charter Channel 192 / Verizon Channel 33.

Affordable Housing Trust (AHT) Chairman John Carlson and Treasurer Dan Crossin visited the GCTV studios for a 15 minute interview hosted by GCTV’s Bob DeToma. The program explains the mission of the AHT and previews a community workshop planned forThursday, March 3rd at 7:00 PM at the South Grafton Community House, Main Street in South Grafton.

As noted during the program, the mission of Grafton’s Affordable Housing Trust is “to provide for the creation, preservation and retention of affordable housing and rental housing in the town of Grafton, for the benefit of low and moderate income households, through a variety of programs including education and advocacy.”

Grafton Community Television provides programming on three distinct public access channels over the Charter Communications and the Verizon cable systems. Charter Channel 191 / Verizon Channel 34 provides general interest programming, Charter Channel 192 / Verizon Channel 33 broadcasts town government programming, and Charter Channel 194 / Verizon Channel 32 features school programming and high school sports events. The Grafton Community Television studios and offices are located at 296 Providence Road in South Grafton.
