Grafton High Makes 'America's Top Schools' List
Newsweek released its list of the country's best schools. Grafton isn't just great in the state; it's great in the country.

Newsweek recently released its list of “America’s Top Schools.”
Shrewsbury Senior High ranked at no. 435 in the list, just behind schools in Nebraska and Wisconsin. Earning a college readiness score of 71.55 percent, more than 70 percent of Grafton seniors head for college.

The rankings, said Newsweek, are based on the schools’ job of preparing students for college.
A next to a school’s name means that low-income students are scoring at or above average on state assessments. This is our way of recognizing schools that narrow the achievement gap.”
