Grafton Man Arraigned on Vehicular Homicide
A Grafton man is facing allegations that he hit and killed a man on a motorcycle.
A Grafton man was arraigned on Wednesday in Western Worcester District Court on charges that he struck and killed a Barre man in August, reported the Worcester Telegram and Gazette.
Marc Pillsbury, 41, 1 Frankie Lane, North Grafton was arraigned on numerous charges, including negligent driving, drunken driving and motor vehicle homicide. The crash killed Thomas Mansfield and severely injured his wife, Jane Mansfield, who were both on the motorcycle, said the Telegram.
