Grafton Middle School Gets New Assistant Principal

GRAFTON, MA — Grafton Middle School is welcoming back a familiar educator in a new leadership role.

Adam Tarczuk will join the school as assistant principal after previously serving on the school’s teaching faculty and later working as an assistant principal in Norfolk, the school announced on Tuesday. Grafton Middle School serves seventh- and eighth-grade students at 22 Providence Rd.

Tarczuk worked as a social studies teacher at Grafton Middle School before leaving in 2021 to become assistant principal at Freeman-Kennedy School in Norfolk, according to a letter published by Grafton Common.

In announcing his return, GMS said Tarczuk will bring “enthusiasm for cultivating strong school culture and providing opportunities for all students to be successful.”

The school also thanked members of the interview team: Kelly DeCaire, Toryn Bright, Lynda Caya, Lisa Patraitis, Kara Jean-Barrett and Shannon Malkowski.
