Grafton Residents: You'll Want to Check Out These New Websites

GRAFTON, MA—The Grafton Planning Department wants to let residents know there are new webpages of interest to townies.

Studies & Projects: Current: Learn about a number of projects currently underway in Town such as the Main Street Transportation Improvement Project in South Grafton, Worcester Street Conceptual Roadway Layout study, and the North Grafton Transit Master Plan. Check back often - new material will be uploaded as it becomes available.

Studies & Reports: Completed: One stop shopping for many of the Town's key planning documents including the Comprehensive Master Plan, Housing Production Plan, Low Impact Development By-Law Analaysis Study, and the Open Space and Recreation Master Plan.

Affordable Housing Developments: Information about residential development specific to the production of affordable housing in Grafton. These projects go through a permitting process via the Zoning Board of Appeals. There is also a webpage for other Development Projects in Town which are reviewed by the Grafton Planning Board.
