Jury Returns from Death Penalty Deliberations for Boston Marathon Bomber

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 21, and his brother orchestrated the 2013 bombings that killed three people and injured 250 more.

A jury has reportedly reached a decision on whether to give convicted Boston Marathonbomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the death penalty.

The jury is expected to return to court at 3 p.m., at which point the verdict will be read.

Tsarnaev, 21, faces either life in prison or execution. He was convicted of orchestrating the 2013 bombings that killed three people and injured 250 more. He also killed a police officer in the ensuing manhunt.
