Massachusetts Weather: Winter Storm Watch

Thursday's high temperatures are giving way to snow as early as tonight. How much in Grafton?

GRAFTON, MA -- A winter storm watch has been issued from Southeastern Massachusetts up to Boston and out to much of Worcester County, the National Weather Service said Thursday.

The warnings go into effect late Thursday until Friday afternoon for the area.

This week’s high temperatures will give way to what could be significant snowfall. Snow may begin around midnight and accumulate rapidly in some areas.

The area, including Grafton, has the potential to get between 4-7 inches, according to the NWS.
