“He was certainly mistreated and/or neglected, but he is such a love and wouldn’t stop giving me kissies after he learned to trust me,” wrote Vallari.
The dog looks to be about 1-2 years old, she said, is extremely thin, not neutered or microchipped.

She contacted Shrewsbury animal control, and the surrounding towns, and no one has reported him missing.
“I need a foster home ANYWHERE within six hours of Central Massachusetts,” she wrote. “I will drive halfway or all the way to meet you. The only shelter I have been able to bring him to has just informed me he will be handed over to be euthanized if I cannot take him in the next three days. PLEASE REPOST and come forward to foster or find this amazing dog a forever-home so he can be given a chance at the life he deserves.”
