Move over, wine tastings.

For years now, restaurants, liquor stores and wineries have been providing opportunities for customers to come in and sample the variety of vino they had to offer. 

Consumers would be given a small sampling of the highlighted brands, some information about what recipes it goes best with and maybe even a little history on the product.

All of this is done in hopes of increase consumer knowledge and, of course, sales.
