Wednesday, July 4
12:12 a.m.: Police are seeking a summons to charge David Adams, 67, of 104 Millbury St., with domestic assault and battery.
1:51 a.m.: Police arrested Michael F. Lacava, 22, of 19 Stoneschool Rd., Sutton, on charges of assault, five counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, wantonly injuring real or personal property, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and disturbing the peace.
2:46 a.m.: Police arrested Matthew J. Fawcett, 29, of 1 Westview St., and charged him with domestic assault and battery. They also took him to Milford Police for protective custody.
11:06 a.m.: Police investigated an accident with no injuries at Wheeler Road and Worcester Street.
