POLICE LOG: Man Arrested on OUI Drug, Firearm Violation

The Grafton Police Department reported the following incidents recently:

Jan. 26, 2014

• 10:36 a.m. A harassment call was reported on Orchard Street.
• 12:41 p.m. A lost/found pet was reported on Lilac Lane.
• 12:56 p.m. Police were called to a family disturbance on East Street.
• 3:47 p.m. Damage to property at the intersection of Old Westboro Road and North Street was reported.
• 4 p.m. A breaking and entering incident was reported on Maplewood Drive.
• 6:44 p.m. A weapons violation was reported on Samuel Drive.

Jan. 27, 2014

• 12:29 a.m. A suspicious auto was reported at Magill Drive and Providence Road.
• 6:47 p.m. Grafton Police were sent to assist Hopkinton Police.
• 7:04 p.m. A past breaking and entering incident was reported on Brigham Hill Road.

Jan. 28, 2014

• 8:41 a.m. Officers were called to a past breaking and entering incident was reported on Creeper Hill Road.
• 1:29 p.m. A summons was served on Worcester Street.
• 1:37 p.m. A summons was served on Faulkner Road.
• 3:34 p.m. A lost/found pet was reported on Nipmuc Road.
• 5:25 p.m. A summons was served on Worcester Street.
• 11:21 p.m. A suspicious auto was reported on Ferry Street.

Jan. 29, 2014

• 12:45 a.m. A motor vehicle was recovered on Parmenter Road.
• 2:45 p.m. An assault was reported on Providence Road.
• 5:25 p.m. An accident with no injuries was reported on Hartford Avenue.

Jan. 30, 2014

• 12:53 a.m. A suspicious auto was reported on Providence Road.
• 1:03 a.m. Officers were called to an accident on Main Street and arrested Sean P. Babineau, 29, of South Grafton, and charged him with OUI drugs, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class C drug, and intoxicated licensee carrying a firearm.
• 12:46 p.m. Suspicious activity was reported on Powerline Drive.
• 3:25 p.m. Suspicious activity was reported on Main Street.
• 7:09 p.m. A summons was served on Worcester Street.
• 7:30 p.m. A past breaking and entering was reported on Adams Road.
• 7:56 p.m. Officers were called to a domestic violence incident on Pleasant Street. Jeffrey R. Bathgate, 22, of Grafton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
• 11:35 p.m. A disturbance was reported on Main Street.

Jan. 31, 2014

• 12:09 a.m. A disturbance between neighbors was reported on Providence Road.
• 10:45 a.m. Suspicious activity was reported on Elmwood Street.
• 11 a.m. A larceny/theft incident was reported on Providence Road.
• 12:03 p.m. A suspicious person was reported on Westboro Road.
• 1:58 p.m. An accident with property damage occurred on Providence Road.
• 5:59 p.m. A missing person was reported on Jay Street.
• 6:11 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was called in from Main Street.
• 10:37 p.m. Police were called to Main Street for an annoying phone call report.
