Wednesday, Nov. 21
5:22 p.m.: Police investigated the report of a suspicious auto on Adams Road.
6:17 p.m.: Police investigated a report of vandalism on Providence Road.

8:16 p.m.: Police responded to an accident with property damage on Merriam Road.
11:24 p.m.: Police investigated the report of an erratic operator at Grafton Common.
Thursday, Nov. 22
12:34 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle at Worcester Street and Snow Road and issued a citation.
12:56 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Bridge Street and arrested Andrew R. Kelly, 20, of 1 Tracy Ann Dr., on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, motor vehicle lights violation, equipment violation (muffler), and failing to stop/yield and Evan J. Hernandez, 19, of 189 Millbury Ave. Apt. C, Millbury, on a charge of being a person under 21 in possession of liquor.
10:49 a.m.: Information was recorded for the report of a lost/stolen plate on Merriam Road.
11:22 a.m.: Services were rendered for a pedestrian accident on Millbury Street.
2:19 p.m.: Police investigated a report of damage to property on Westboro Road.
5:30 p.m.: A 209A (proximity order) request was served in hand on Providence Road.
5:53 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of an erratic operator on Providence Road.
8:22 p.m.: Police responded to an accident with personal injury at Providence Road and Millbury Street.
8:58 p.m.: Police investigated a loud noise disturbance on Worcester Street.

9:57 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of larceny/theft on Christopher Drive.
