Police Log: Underage Liquor Transport, Using Headphones While Driving

The following information was provided by the Grafton Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Nov. 16

12:53 p.m.: Police are seeking a summons to charge Daniel J. Guglielmello, 18, of 46 Pointe Rok Drive, Worcester, with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and impeded operation - wearing headphones while driving.

3:23 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of trespassing on Providence Road.

4:11 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Bruce Street and issued a citation.

8:15 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and are seeking summonses to charge a 16-year-old juvenile with being a person under 21 in possession of liquor and Daniel Joseph Mahoney, 18, of 150 North St., with being a person under 21 transporting liquor, false/misuse liquor id card/license, and being a person under 21 procuring liquor.

8:33 p.m.: Services were rendered for a disabled auto on Providence Road.

10:05 p.m.: Police investigated an accident with property damage on Ferry Street.

11:43 p.m.: Services were rendered for a report of illegal burning on Main Street.

Saturday, Nov. 17

12:13 a.m.: Services were rendered for a disabled auto on Grafton Common.

2:11 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a neighbor disturbance on McHale Drive.

3:59 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle at Upton Street and Grafton Common and gave a verbal warning.

4:01 p.m.: Services were rendered after an officer was wanted on Providence Road.

4:06 p.m.: Services were rendered for a found article on Main Street.

5:06 p.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious auto on Providence Road.

6:03 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a disorderly person on Main Street.

7:08 p.m.: Services were rendered for a noninvestigated accident at Providence Road and Blackberry Lane.

8:08 p.m.: Services were rendered for an animal complaint on Cross Street.

10:32 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Grafton Common and issued a citation.

11:24 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle at Worcester Street and Hovey Pond Drive and issued a citation.

11:49 p.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Providence Road and issued a citation.

Sunday, Nov. 18

12:06 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Worcester Street and issued a citation.

12:13 a.m.: Services were rendered for the report of a suspicious person on Pine Street.

1:09 a.m.: A report of suspicious activity on Hudson Avenue was unfounded.

4:44 a.m.: Services were rendered for a traffic hazard on Worcester Street.

4:55 a.m.: Services were rendered for a report of suspicious activity on Worcester Street.

5:05 a.m.: Police stopped a motor vehicle on Providence Road and issued a citation.

11:52 a.m.: Police responded to an accident with no injury at Providence and Pullard roads and issued a citation.
