Sex Offender Charged with Failing to Register

Here are excerpts from the  log. Please note that this is a sampling of activity in the log, not a complete account. We report all arrests; other than that, we pick out incidents you might find interesting. 

Here is a sampling of the police log for April 12 and 13:

On April 13, police:

Arrested Carl Lentendre, 40, of 44 North St., Grafton, on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. The arrest was made during a motor vehicle stop at 5:21 p.m. on North Street.

Made a motor vehicle stop with a verbal warning at 6:36 p.m. at Worcester Street and Wheeler Road.

Had a radar detail at 8:35 p.m. on Main Street.

Requested frequent patrols at 9:30 p.m. on Upton Street.

On April 12, police:

Made a motor vehicle stop with a verbal warning at 10:45 a.m. on Grafton Common.

Responded to reports of an erratic driver at 11:25 a.m. on Main Street.

Made a motor vehicle stop with citation at 11:27 a.m. on Depot Street.

Received a report of harassment at 12:27 p.m. on Wesson Road.

Had request for radar at 2:46 p.m. on Old Westboro Road.
