Sharps Added to Drug Take Back Day

Sharps, including syringes used for insulin, blood thinners and other medical purposes, can be accepted in conjunction with the Drug Take Back Day.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Grafton Police Department, 28 Providence Road.

The sharps will only be accepted in a rigid container, such as a coffee can or empty detergent bottle.

Prescription drugs may also be returned during the same hours.
