Grace Congregational Church in Framingham is holding a Styrofoam Recycling Event tomorrow. All
of the foam collected on Saturday will begin the recycling process with
ReFoamIt, a Massachusetts company. Our event is open to non-residents
of Framingham. Please bring packing foam that is free of tape and
labels to the church. We also accept colored foam and foam products
used for food such as coffee cups and take out containers. Any foam
product used for food must be rinsed and must display the recycling
symbol (triangle with a 6 inside and PS underneath).
Grafton has not scheduled a Foam Recycling Day so Grafton residents are welcome to come to this event. Shrewsbury Recycles also has a foam recycling event on Jan. 11 which has no residency restrictions. More details will be posted on ReFoamit's web site. http://www.refoamit.com/
To see what can be recycled or if you have any questions, please visit http://www.refoamit.com/ or call 508-259-2149.
