Journey Across Spain
Hi, my name is Donna Marie Correia-McGrath I am planning a 500+ mile walk across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. This is a pilgrimage that people have walked for centuries. On this walk people have healed themselves (this is my main purpose for taking on this walk), found their inner peace, clarity and some had pretty exciting things happen to them.

I had brain surgery 4 years ago and since have had continuous medical issues. I want to use this time to search within for my own healing. On my journey I want to provide hope and inspiration to other so I created THE RIBBON PROJECT. (this project is FREE) I will tie the ribbons to my backpack and will provide inspiration, prayer and healing thoughts during my journey. If you are interested in being part of this project, you can make your own ribbon with the persons name on it, or I can create one for you. You can create the ribbon in memory or honor of someone who passed away, is sick, has a disease without a cure, or just needs hope, prayer, and healing thoughts. (Send me an email if you have any questions).

I was not going to accept any donations for this project, but since receiving a response back from Michaels craft store that they do not donate to individual projects, I am forced to incur the cost of the ribbons out of my own pocket. Therefore, I am adding a donate button so that anyone who feels compelled to help can do so. I will also gladly accept ribbons from whomever wants to mail them to me to create them. I will be adding updates on my Journey Across Spain with pictures and blogs when internet is available, so you will be able to track where your ribbon is while I carry it across Spain. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
