This workshop is ideal for those new to board service or those seeking to enhance their knowledge of board responsibilities. This workshop, held by the Greater Worcester Community Foundation’s Nonprofit Support Center, gives participants a personal vision, baseline and action plan for their board service. It also serves as a refresher on what every board member should ask, basic board member responsibilities, building relations and how to find resources. Registration closes March 19.
