Police said numerous items were taken or disturbed during the break-ins. Police said the vehicle used by the group was described as a 4-door sedan with a loud exhaust.

Investigators are now seeking any additional video that may show the suspect vehicle during the time of the reported incidents.

Hamilton police also said they are looking at whether the cases may be connected to activity in a neighboring community.

"We are aware that Ipswich also had similar breaks during this timeframe and are working with them to try and identify the individuals responsible," police said. "As a reminder, we always encourage everyone to both lock your vehicles and not leave valuables inside them overnight."
