Average Hamilton Home Price Cleared $500K Last Month

HAMILTON, MA – The Board of Assessors calculated that the average sale price of a home in October was $581,303, according to the town manager's office.

The sales varied widely, ranging from a $260,000 for a condo on Bay Road to a $1.175 million Colonial on Rockmaple Avenue. The average comes from the sale of 10 arms-length sales.

According to the town, the average is up from last year, when the sale of five homes in October 2015 averaged $435,400.
