The evening will start with a cash bar featuring our famous Kir Royal and passed hors d'oeuvres including Peking duck and hoisin quesadilla and artichoke fritters. A celery and pear bisque with a petite salad will follow as our soup course.
Choice of entree will be winter beef bourguignon with butter noodles or cider glazed salmon atop a warm Waldorf salad.
Dessert will consist of a trio of seasonal desserts including pumpkin panna cotta, molasses cookies and chocolate truffle.
Cost of this event is $38 per person plus tax and gratuity for the salmon entree and $40.50 per person plus tax and gratuity for the beef entree.
