The sales were:

58 Rust St.; Julie Fields to Retained Realty Inc., $209,786.

25 Home St.; Michael and Janelle Pickens to Peter and Kirsten Humer, $254,000.

Two homes sold during the first half of September in Wenham, with an average sale price of $962,500.

The sales were:

202 Main St.;  Pendelton P. White Jr. and Joan Van Roden White to Gerald and Lyndie Donovan, $810,000.

188 Cherry St.; Deborah McKenna to Christopher and Nicole Twomey, $1.115 million.
