Officer Jay St. Ives was enjoying his meal at the Cohasset House of Pizza last weekend when a 3-year-old named John ran over to ask the officer many questions. St. Ives took the time to answer all his questions, spending an hour with the boy. "We all sat down in separate seats and my son wanted nothing to do with sitting with me so he brought his food over to the table with your officer to 'have lunch with the police man He was so welcoming to John and talked to him for their entire lunch," John's mom wrote in a letter to the police department. When St. Ives was showed the letter he said, "Good times! Spent an hour with my new buddy!!
