BECOME A DISCIPLE

When Jesus is accepted as Savior
a convert you then are.
Now you must become a disciple
if with Jesus, you expect to go far.

A disciple should be your aim
of every convert you make.
Those that remain a convert
have no baking powder in their cake.

A cake needs power to rise
and be like a cake should be.
Jesus laid it all out when He said,
"Come and follow me."*

The Word of God must be understood
if a disciple you expect to become.
God's Word is your baking powder
without it you succumb.
