Quincy, MA – BlumShapiro, the largest regional accounting, tax and business consulting firm based in New England with offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, has announced the addition of Kimberley Train as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Services and Business Valuation group. Train will operate out of BlumShapiro’s Boston and Quincy, MA offices.

Train joins BlumShapiro with over 15 years of litigation support and forensic accounting experience. She has assisted counsel in investigating and resolving disputes involving complex accounting, fraud, economic damage and valuation issues.
“Kimberley Train brings specialized knowledge and a wealth of experience to her role at BlumShapiro, and we are honored to welcome her as our newest partner,” said Kevin T. Prior to joining BlumShapiro, Train worked as Vice President and Principal of Charles River Associates’ Financial Accounting and Valuation Practice and as Senior Manager in the Investigative and Dispute Services practice of Ernst & Young.
Train received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Babson College and a Master of Science Degree in Finance from Boston College. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Train is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and The Boston Club and serves as the treasurer of Compass Working Capital.
