Break-in Reported in Church Parking Lot
A local woman says her car was broken into while she was attending church.

While churchgoers in Hingham were praying, a thief was helping themselves to their belongings.
On May 17, a resident at the Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Route 228 told police that someone took her phone and purse containing cash from her unlocked car according to the Boston Globe. Another member of the church said items were taken from her car the week before.
When police called the phone, it was answered by a grocery store employee in Norwell that found the phone and purse, but the cash was missing.
