From the Hingham Police Department:HINGHAM, MA — A resident of Franklin Rogers Road reported finding signs of an attempted house break. On the rear slider door there two fresh pry marks near the door handle on the door, chipped paint and scratches that were consistent with attempts to force the door open.No entry was made into the house and nothing is missing. It took place Monday, July 18, with a time frame between 8:30am-11am or 1pm-3:30pm.No other similar incidents have been reported in the neighborhood.
