Christine Mosholder receives New England Women in Real Estate (NEWiRE) Networking Achievement Award

Christine Mosholder, Hingham Resident and Partner of Fort Point Project Management (Fort Point PM), a provider of real estate project management and relocation services, received the 2014 NEWiRE Networking Achievement Award.  Mosholder was one of six to receive the award for collaboration on the new Iron Mountain Boston headquarters. The awards ceremony was held on Wednesday, April 9 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel where 11 NEWiRE members were recognized for their accomplishments.  Iron Mountain is a leading record and information management provider, which stores and protects billions of information assets.

The Iron Mountain project team completed the relocation of the new world headquarters to One Federal Street in Boston by February 2014.  Fort Point PM served as the owner’s project manager and relocation management team on the 115,000 SF project.  Fort Point PM worked closely with internal and external project teams to successfully coordinate the design, construction, FF&E procurement, IT, AV, Security and phased relocation process while mitigating key implementation issues.
