Two people were injured just before Christmas on Rte. 228 after a driver allegedly caused a car crash.On Dec. 23 at 5:55 p.m., police responded to a report of a driver that crossed the center line and hit two cars.According to Hingham police, the crash injured two people, although the injuries were not life-threatening.The driver, Jeremy Chenette, 45, of Hull, was arrested and charged with his second drunken driving offense, reckless operation of a motor vehicle to endanger, and marked lanes violation.Photo Credit: Hingham Police Department
