Discolored Water Possible During Roadwork In Hingham, Hull
Hingham Water Department said to contact the new Weir River Water System if discoloration period is extended.
HINGHAM, MA — The Hingham Water Department told residents Wednesday to be prepared to see discolored water over the next month as Hingham and Hull conduct road paving projects.
The work may cause a disruption in the distributions system and cause the discolored water. Residents are asked to contact the new Weir River Water System if experiencing any extended periods of discoloration.
Hingham recently took control of the Weir River Water System as a town-operated entity.
