Drug Possession, Suspicious Soda Drinker, And More: Hingham Police Log

June 19

7:26 p.m. - A caller on Canterbury Street reported a man drinking a can of soda on the corner of Canterbury Street and Route 3A. The caller said this was strange because he had the same soda at home and was unsure if the beverage was taken from his house. Police were unable to find the person during a check of the area.

1:57 p.m. - A snake was reported inside a home on High Street. The call for police was canceled after the snake went back outside.

8:52 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Downer Avenue, Jeffrey Siauto, 20, of Braintree; Brendan Roche, 18, of Braintree; Aldair Barzola, 20, of Brockton and George Debreczeni, 18, of Braintree, were arrested and charged with underage possession of liquor.

June 24

9:41 p.m. - A vehicle struck a wall near the intersection of Rockland and Summer streets. The driver, Ryan Marchant, 18, of Rockland, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating to endanger, marked lanes violation, underage possession of liquor, and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.

June 25

10:20 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Crow Point Lane, Garrett Joyce, 32, of Hull, was arrested with possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class B drug, and marked lanes violation.
