This series is inspired by Kim's book "Meditations For Moms." These six sessions will incorporate the tools of Yoga, guided meditation, journaling and connecting with others through discussion to help you rekindle an appreciation for how incredible you already are. Replenish your energy and nourish your spirit. Take a breath, reconnect with your inner self and spirit, re-energize, and return to whatever is happening in your life with an open heart and a fresh attitude. Together we will explore and cultivate our potential. This class will meet 6 Wednesdays. April 18th will be skipped for the school holiday week. $120. Pre-registration required, minimum of 6 to start series.
