Five Hingham Establishments Win Best of Boston Awards

Hingham, MA — Four local establishments have been named some of the best in the suburbs of Boston.
Recently, Boston Magazine announced the winners of their 2016 Best of Boston awards. In the south suburb category, four winners were from Hingham.

The Quarry Restaurant and Lounge, Secret Physique, Chel Bella, and Loring Hall Cinema were all recipients of awards.

As the winner of the best restaurant award, The Quarry Restaurant and Lounge was described as a spacious, sleek restaurant and lounge that is ideal for a romantic dalliance, or just a night away from the kids.

Secret Physique, the winner of the best fitness facility, was noted for its unusual set of activities that includes Bardio (cardio plus barre), Pound (a workout where participants pretend to play the drum), and Hollywood burlesque.

The award for best women's boutique belongs to Chel Bella. Owner Chelsea Orr delivers designer clothing like Vince leather separates and Trina Turk resort wear, according to the magazine.

The best movie theater has no modern amenities but gives you an old-fashioned experience. That nostalgia can be seen at the Loring Hall Cinema.

A fifth establishmentreceived the award for best makeup artist, wedding. Blush, operated by Kelly O'Keefe, was praised for their ability to create flawlessly natural looks for brides.
